| Reservations - Reservations can be made by either calling
302-674-1177, or by stoping in at our store. There is no charge to
reserve your item (excluding inflatables, which require a $50.00
deposit). However if you need to cancel or change your reservation, we
ask that you call ASAP so that we may free up the equipment for other
customers. Reservations are recommended, especially on weekends,
holidays and other busy times. |
Deposits - Are required on
all inflatable rentals, and must be made with a credit card.

Payment - Credit card is due at time of pickup or delivery for
all rentals, unless you have an inhouse account with Dover Rent-All. We
accept all major credit cards.  |

Rates - Subject to change
without
notification. We charge for all time out, not time used.
Rate Structure - 1 day = 24 hours, 1 week = 7 days, 4 weeks = 28
days
Metered Equipment - 1
day = 8 hours, 1 week = 40 hours, 4 weeks = 160 hours (if used fewer
hours, your rate will not decrease)
Double Shiftt Rates -
1 1/2 times day, week or 4 week rate (whichever applies)
Triple Shift Rates -
2 times day, week or 4 week rate (whichever applies)

| Lease Tax - All rentals
are subject to
applicable state lease tax. Only State, County or Federal agencies are
exempt from this tax. Churches and other non-profit agencies are NOT
exempt.. |
| Damage Waiver - Optional
12%.
Relieves customer from responsibility for accidental damage to the
equipment. Abuse
and neglect by customer NOT
covered. Missing items are not covered by the damage waiver. |
Environmental Fee - 1.2% on all gas and diesel powered equipment.

Fuel - Some
rental equipment runs on gasoline while others use diesel fuel. It is
important for the customer to be aware of the equipment's fuel type. Equipment requiring fuel will be full at the time of rental.
If on return the fuel is not full, there will
an additional charge.per gallon required to fill the equipment back up.

| Responsibility for Inventory
- Remains
with the customer from the time of delivery to the actual (not
scheduled) time of pickup. |
