and are to be made in cash or credit card. NO CHECKS WILL BE TAKEN FOR

Customer or when delivered by Dover Rent-All. |
| Rates - Subject to change
without
notification. We charge for all time out, not time used. |
| Lease Tax - All rentals
are subject to
applicable state lease tax. Only State, County or Federal agencies are
exempt from this tax. Churches and other non-profit agencies are NOT
exempt.. |
| Damage Waiver - Optional
10%.
Relieves customer from responsibility for accidental damage to the
equipment. Abuse
and neglect by customer NOT
covered. Missing items are not covered by the damage waiver. |
| Delivery & Pickup -
Call for rates
and to schedule a delivery or pickup. |
| Responsibility for Inventory
- Remains
with the customer from the time of delivery to the actual (not
scheduled) time of pickup. |
